EarTrain slowly introduces you to all of the musical intervals from minor 2nds to the full octave. Ten levels of difficulty and a practice area make EarTrain ideal for beginners or a useful drill for the experienced musician.

BugBand drills sight reading skills for both piano and guitar and can show either treble or bass clef. As your skills improve, sharp and flat notes are introduced and the bugs start crawling faster!

Both BugBand and EarTrain will take advantage of any enhanced sound capabilities on your handheld (like the BeatPlus Springboard module in a Handspring Visor, or the polyphonic sound chip built into Sony T, TG, NR, NX and NZ Clies). Both applications can also be used with electronic music instruments attached to your handheld using MIDI, so you can practice sight reading on a real piano keyboard or even an electronic wind instrument!
